How to Use Aphria’s New Medical Portal
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new Aphria Medical Portal. This update will allow you to view our full catalogue, compare products side by side, chat in real-time with our Patient Care Team and place orders for your medication.
If you haven’t already, you will be receiving an email alerting you of access to the new Medical Portal. For more details on how to log in, please read our latest blog here.
You will notice a few new changes:
1) Real-time Chat Function
On the bottom right–hand side of the page, you will see a chat function – this will allow you to chat in real-time with a Patient Care Representative. Have a question about product selection or shipping? Our PCR Team is ready and happy to help you during our business hours.
2) Caregivers Tab
At the top of the page, on the navigation panel, you will see a Caregivers tab. This will allow you – as a caregiver – to manage your client’s information, orders and prescription.
3) Improved Search Functionality
We have updated the search functionality on the left-hand side of the page. This will now allow you to search products and filter by product type, dominant terpenes and much more.
4) Side By Side Product Comparison
You now have the ability to compare products side by side. This feature allows you to select multiple products and compare features in order to learn more and help in the decision–making process.
5) Wish Lists and Order Templates
You will also be able to create wish lists and order templates to allow for quick, easy and consistent orders of your favourite products.
6) Updated Homepage
On our homepage, you will notice we’re highlighting details on new products, or products that are now back in stock.
7) Updated My Profile Tab
You can also now access your registration document, prescription and insurance information easily from the My Profile tab at the top of the page.
